In a nutshell, a lifetime labor warranty means that we will work on your computer at no cost to you, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. This includes the installation of future upgrades, the reinstallation of corrupted operating systems and a complete overhaul of your computer system if required. |

At Collins Computer Innovations you will not find us wearing ties. We don't dress like salespeople because we are computer specialist selling our specialty. Everyone here at CCI takes his/her specialty seriously. Our customers never walk out wondering what it is they have just purchased. We like to talk to our customers and educate them in what to look for when buying a computer. We like to get to know our customers so that we can insure they chose the right computer system for themselves and so they don't over or under buy. We don't pre-load hard drives with a lot of useless software in an attempt to make it look like a good deal. Nor do we bundle a cheap printer with our systems to make it appear as though you were getting something for nothing. Anyone old enough to buy a computer system has already learned that there are no free lunches. Buying something you don't want at a reduced cost does not make a good deal, but buying what you need at the right price is always a good deal. |
